In this scene, which begins Chapter 7, Elly and Jerry are due to be married in a couple
of days and Elly is suffering from severe misgivings. Not about Jerry.
She loves him to pieces, but she loved her first husband, too, until he
changed into a person she no longer recognized on their wedding night. Elly's
first husband abused her terribly, but he took special delight in hurting her
anally. Jerry has decided the best way to prove to Elly that he's not like her husband,
is to show her, and he's starting things off by giving her a massage with caramel popcorn scented oil.
“Popcorn? Is
it edible?”
“That it
is. Guaranteed to be non-staining, non-greasy and naturally moisturizing,
according to the packaging. Supposed to be quite tasty, too,” he murmured,
lowering his hands to her breasts. The deliciously warm oil created a pleasant
tingle as Jerry expertly massaged Elly’s front. When he reached her thighs, he
settled between them, giving each a playful nudge to indicate he wanted her legs
further apart, and then he dipped his fingers inside.
Heat
engulfed her. “Whoa,” Elly said, unprepared for the burn.
“Too much?”
he asked without pausing in his intimate massage.
“Um.” The brief
sting morphed into a warm throbbing that had her seeking deeper contact. “Nice,”
she answered, pressing back against his hand.
He lowered
his head. “And now for the taste test.” Sensitive nerves, awakened by his touch;
sent jolts of erotic pleasure surging through her tightly wound body at the
first stroke of his tongue.
