Guest Post - 11/21/21 - From Despair to Ecstasy by Daryl Devore #hotcontemporary, #romance, #rockstar

Guilt consumes rock star, Darien Scott, when he fails to save Erika Bailey's beloved drag queen club. Can her love pull him back from the edge?

Excerpt:

“This feels so good.” Her voice made shivers race along his spine.

“Uh, it feels much better when I do it. Just, you know, volunteering to help.”

“Nice try, big boy.” She reached back, stroked him along the length of his swollen shaft and giggled. “And I do mean big boy.”

“Ah, you say the sweetest things. Now untie me.”

Her eyes sparkled as she shook her head. She picked up the bottle and poured oil over his chest. It was cool but rapidly warmed against his hot flesh. Her fingers were firm as she kneaded the slickness into his skin. With broad strokes, she dragged her fingers down his chest, pausing to tap his nipples, then continued until her hands met by her mound. She scratched the back of her fingernails back up the same path, adding a quick tweak on his nipples. Up and down, her hands aroused his body to a fever pitch.

Sweat rolled down his chest. His cock pulsed. He rocked his hips. He wanted to… he needed to… the fire inside him craved to bury himself deep inside of her. Her heat would be the catalyst to the explosion building in him.

Rocking the bed, she shifted so her back faced him. He loved her back. Especially, the small of her back. Nirvana was to get lost in time while placing tiny kisses in the hollow just above her hips. Something about that curve lit a desire in him which drove him to do things to elicit moans from Erika. Her hips would twitch. She’d writhe against the bed while her fingers dug into the sheets. He loved driving her to that point of almost bliss.

She raised to her knees, twisted around to face him but lost her balance. She grabbed his leg for support. “Ooh, a bit awkward this.”

He chuckled and waved his tied hands. “Volunteering to help. Just untie me.”

She climbed off the bed. Darien bit back a groan of frustration. Although only a foot or two away from her, it was a chasm.

“What I really like about this outfit…” She ran her fingers up her body, outlining the teddy. “It’s easy on.” She reached up, pulled two ties and shimmied. The outfit dropped to the floor. “And easy off.”

The undulation of her breasts when she moved raised the pressure in his throbbing cock. He ran his fingers over his head. “Woman!”

“Oh, is my Darien all hot and bothered?” Her tone was baby-doll as she rubbed one finger along the tip of his cock.

Feral instinct surged. His cock twitched. He thrust his hips upward. His breathing shifted to shallow pants. “Untie me.” It wasn’t a request.

He needed her now. To pound into her. To drive them both to that bliss. “Un. Tie. Me.” His voice hoarse with anger-tinged frustration as he fought against the belt.

She leaned over him. “Stay still.”

Her breast hung near his mouth. He craned his neck up and wrapped his lips around her nipple, but she was too slick with massage oil. He slipped off and his head dropped back onto the pillow. “Arghh!”

The belt restraint loosened. His restraint gave way.

Guest Post - 10/23/2021 "What Darien Desires by Daryl Devore #hotcontemporary, #romance, #rockstar

When drag queen club manager's world collides with a rock star's chaotic world, is there a chance the relationship can survive?

Excerpt:

She sat up tall in her chair and leaned forward, scanning his bloodshot eyes. "Tell me there's nothing between you and Savannah. Tell me you didn't want to go home with her."

He didn't respond.

Tears welled. "Damn you, Darien. I trusted you."

"Nothing happened between us. But telling you I didn't want to go with her would be a lie, and I refuse to lie to you."

She blinked. "What?"

"I was drunk. She's hot. I was missing you and… things just got out of control. I'm not always controlled by my brain. Sometimes other parts make the call." He shrugged. "Especially when I'm drunk."

"You're gonna use your drinking as an excuse?"

"Not an excuse. An explanation."

"That doesn't make any sense."

Darien ran his fingers through his hair. "I really, really miss you. It hurts more than… it hurts right down to my soul. I guess I started drinking to fill the hole in my heart."

"I miss you, too." Her voice was small.

"Savannah was just there. I didn't call her. She appeared at the club. Someone probably posted an Instagram about me being there. It wasn't her I wanted to be with. It was you. She was just a – a substitute."

Erika stared at her keyboard and tapped a fingernail on her desk.

"Say something. Anything. Please. Hell, tell me to fuck off."

She looked at the screen. The remorse he was feeling was evident in his eyes, his words, and his tone. He hadn't meant to let things get out of control. It started off as a fun night out with his friends. Cut loose. Let some steam off. She chuckled.

He raised an eyebrow. "Okay, you laughing kinda seriously creeps me out. What's so funny?"

"The last time you cut loose, there was a hit on the Black Dragon."

He snorted. "Crap, you're right. I guess I should start spending my Saturday nights at the local library."

Erika crossed her arms. "I think that would be a smart decision."

"So are we good? Or as good as we can be?"

"Yes, all is forgiven. This time. I guess I do have to understand that there are two of you and I have to share you with the world. This is new ground for both of us."

You loved What Happened in Bangkok and want to know what happens next….

It's complicated is not only her relationship status, but the definition of Erika Bailey's life. And to top it off, her father threatens she must stay away from Darien or lose the Pink Flamingo. Does she protect her club or her love?

Darien Scott, Grammy award winning international superstar, wants nothing more than to wake up in the arms of Erika, the woman he loves, but contractual obligations force him to exotic video shoots and an isolated movie set with one of Hollywood's sexiest stars.

Guest Post - 5-29-21 - "Hot and Hotter" by Daryl Devore #romance, #contemporary, #urbanfantasy,

Some like it hot… others like it HOTTER!

Excerpt:

Brace for Impact
She squirmed against him. "I'm naked. Why aren't you?"
"Good question. Hold on tight." He held her with one hand and fought the wet denim. The shorts refused to cooperate.
She tilted back her head as an earthy chuckle erupted from her throat. Dropping her feet to the floor, she ran tiny kisses down his chest. Gripping the waistband of his shorts, she slid them over his hips, freeing his swollen cock. It bobbed outward. He groaned when she slid her fingertips along his thick shaft. With a sharp tug, she dropped his shorts to his ankles and sprang back up around his waist. Her hot sex glided across the tip of his cock.
Lightning flashed illuminating the cabin. Rain splashed through the glass-less windows.
Guy turned, shoved a small table out of the way and pressed her up against the wall. Bracing her there, he slid one hand between their hips and fondled her sex. She was hot and wet. "You are so beautiful. All I could think of was you. I didn't want to die because I needed to get back to you. To discover this." He slipped two fingers inside her.
She closed her eyes as a moan rumbled in her throat.
"Open your eyes. Look at me." He stroked her, watching the bliss fill her eyes. Her hips ground against his hand.
She gripped a handful of hair and locked gazes with him. She looked feral. A wild cat, prowling to sate a hunger. "I need you. Now."
Slowing his strokes, he slipped his hand out and positioned her over his cock then carefully lowered her hips. He slid into her hungry wetness, like fine silk across smooth skin. She lapped her tongue up the side of his neck and nipped his earlobe. His gut clenched. She hissed as he shifted his hips upward. Guy pulled back. She grabbed another handful of hair, planted her mouth on his and drove her tongue between his teeth. He matched her movement with his cock. She slid up. He pulled back. She drove in. He thrust upward.
Her moans mixed with the sounds of the rain on the roof and the crashes of thunder.
Reaching up with his right hand, Guy flicked her left nipple. Twirling it between his thumb and forefinger made her grind her hips on him.
She released his mouth, tossing her head back. "I'm close. Harder."
He shifted to try to rub her clit, but their position made it awkward. "Come on, Paix." Her chest heaved against his. Each thrust up made her breasts bounce. Every movement pushed him closer to an edge he didn't want to cross. Her grip tightened on his hair, her legs squeezed against him. He felt the first wave of her orgasm. She inhaled and arched her back. He slowed his thrusts.
"No." She shook her head. "Harder."
"Can't." He puffed trying to keep in control. "No protection."
"Please, Guy. Harder. On edge. Don't care. Please." She squeezed and squirmed against him.
His restraint broke. He drove his hips upward, slamming into her. The cabin walls trembled with each thrust. "Come on, Paix. Let it all go. Now. Ah!"
Pressure built then released with a powerful shockwave, which tore through him. The building groaned and shook. His knees threatened to buckle. Wrapping an arm around her waist, he lifted her then slipped out. Cautiously moving around the unfamiliar and dark cabin, he made his way to the small bed he'd noticed during one of the flashes of lightning. He lowered her onto it then snuggled against her.
She slipped her hand back and cupped his balls. He closed his eyes and shuddered. "I need to rest." She slid a finger back and forth. His gut clenched. "Message received, but I'm beat out."
"Just letting you know that was only the first course." She giggled. "And I know it's a cliché, but I think the earth really did move. I think we had an earthquake."
"You do know we're making love on the side of a volcano."
