Welcome to my 6SS where I hope to provide you with tiny little tidbits of the most sexy and sensuous moments in my books. Just 6 sentences, that I intend to build from my Horny Hump Day 3 sentence feature. The books might be already published, works-in-progress, or even sentences from other sexy books I think you’ll like.  Of course, I will properly attribute all works, even mine.

My current post for 6SS, is from my 2nd book, Deadly Enchantment. A shape-shifting wizard romance published by New Concepts Publishing, Deadly Enchantment concerns a young psychic woman facing off with the dark wizard of Ravenscroft, who she is convinced has brutally slaughtered her sister in a fit of jealousy on their wedding night.

In this segment, Serena Cunningham and Dominic Westcroft have taken shelter in a vacant cottage from a magical and malevolent storm cast by Dominic's brother, Terrence.  When they are able to deflect the charged lightning with a kiss, they realize by coming together their magic is far stronger and more resilient than Terrence's web of evil ever could be.  Accepting their best chance for success over Terrence requires them to join their powers, Dominic makes love to Serena, fully understanding his claiming her virginity will result in consequences that will change both their lives forever. What neither of them expect, however, is for Dominic to shift during the act.

As a predator, the animal had selected Serena as its mate, and needed her submission.  This was not something Dominic alone would have asked of her, but his beast was not asking, it was demanding.
Acting instinctively, Serena raised her hands to protect herself while a small part of her, the part of her that struggled to survive and win, wanted to scream and push the beast away.  But in her heart she knew for her and Dominic to truly unite, they needed to accept each other in every way.  She wanted this as much for herself as for Dominic, Felicity, and even Regina now.  Convincing herself she had more to lose than gain by not accepting his beast as she would him, Serena lowered her hands and laid them palms up on the bed in a sign of surrender.

And this is why it is always dangerous to make love with a magical shapeshifter.

  1. Love the distinction of beast and man, the peek into her inner turmoil and then her submission. Fabulous six!
