Casting - A Simple Misunderstanding - Lights, Camera, Action #Spanking Romance #CorbinsBend #FSOG

Having your novel optioned, and being given creative control over the casting is almost every novelist's dream.  But there are downfalls.  I've seen the trailer for Fifty Shades of Grey, several times. Unfortunately, every time I watch it, I shake my head.  Why?  Because those actors, as good as they might be, aren't even close to the internal vision I have for Christian and Anastasia.  I'm not saying they aren't perfectly cast, I'm simply saying they aren't a match for my vision.  The same would hold true for a novel I wrote.  Even more, I'd say.  However, I did give it a whirl.  If you're interested in seeing who I would cast as Elly, Jerry and Arthur, hop over to the Corbin's Bend blog or The Blushing Books Blog. The actors aren't an exact match for my vision, are they anywhere close to yours?

But before you go, scroll down and watch the Fifty Shades of Grey movie trailer, if you haven't seen it, and leave your thoughts on that as well.

A Simple Misunderstanding is available at the following locations.

I also have a page on my web site where I am offering a sample of the first three chapters. If you're interested, visit either the Spanking Romance or A Simple Misunderstanding page in the Over 18 section of my website.

A Simple Misunderstanding is currently the only full novel (vs. novella) in the Corbin's Bend line up, and it's receiving some excellent reviews on the Blushing site.

Oh, for those of you who may not have seen the FSOG movie trailer that's been uploaded to UTube, take a look below.  Mr. Grey will see you now.

I love hearing from readers, so thank you for making my day! Writers with any thoughts at all (Naughty or otherwise) love comments, and I'm no exception.
